Physic Garden Herbal Salve
Like a first aid kit in a jar! Midnight Moon Apothecary Physic Garden Salve has been traditionally used to soothe and promote healing of wounds, burns, bites, rashes, and sunburn. Heals dry cracked hands, elbows, and heels, cuts, scrapes, eczema, stretch marks, and tattoos. Many times cuts and wounds heal without scarring. For all ages, kids and babies love it, pets too.
Made with wild-crafted and organic herbs, locally grown, in small batches. Soothing spearmint scent.
Contains: Plantain, Chickweed, Comfrey Leaf & Root, Calendula, St. Johnswort, Elder Flowers, and Hyssop, infused in Organic Olive Oil with Beeswax and Spearmint Oil.
This salve has always been a family favorite, and we harvest most of the herbs from our property in Mendocino County. Kids call it "Green Salve" because of it's natural, deep green color. We infuse the herbs in organic olive oil for over 4 weeks to make our healing salve. It contains no mineral oils, petroleum, parabens, menthol, or preservatives! Not tested on animals.
Plantain is known for it's ability to heal stings and insect bites, and to heal the skin.
Calendula soothes wounds, burns, skin problems and inflammation as well as burns and scalds. It also heals chapped,dry lips.
Chickweed soothes and heals the skin.
Comfrey leaf and root aid in wound repair, and speed healing by helping to regenerate the skin cells.
St. Johnswort heals burns and soothes inflammation.
Elder flowers heal skin irritations, and Hyssop soothes burns, bruises and skin irritations.
